The Life of a DOLL, ProductionsThe mission of ” The Life of a DOLL” project is to highlight positive role models for young women and girls to look up to in a range of diverse backgrounds and fields and demand a higher standard shown in the media. The Life of a DOLL was created to provide a platform for young women to share their voice, take note of the role models that are portrayed in the media, and enhance the growth by developing leaders and decision makers that’ll make a positive contribution to our community in the future. AmbassaDOLLS are recruited on the following principles: leadership, self-discovery, beauty, and confidence. This project is managed by the Minority Women in Leadership Commission. The Minority Women in Leadership Commission, Inc. is a nonprofit dedicated to mentoring and empowering young women and girls in Detroit, MI.
